Your body is a complex system, not a machine.
Many patients come to us because they are looking for a quick fix. But American chiropractic works on a deeper level: we don't just look at the pain point, we also search for misalignments (subluxations) that disrupt communication in your nervous system. In order to safely and gently release these blockages, we need to understand your history.
1. Reserve an appointment
Take the first step toward better health and schedule an appointment for your first treatment.
We always start with a detailed initial consultation.
2. Fill out the medical history form
- After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation for your appointment, including our medical history form.
- Please email us the completed form before your first visit or simply bring it with you to your appointment.
- If already diagnostic images (X-ray, CT, MRI) or medical findings that are no more than 2 years old, please bring them with you.
3. Your start with us – your first appointment
We don't just want to alleviate symptoms, we want to understand why they arise. Your first appointment (approx. 30 min.) lays the foundation for your health:

Comprehensive medical history: During the consultation, you will describe your current symptoms and provide us with information about any previous illnesses, operations, or accidents.

Nervous system check: We use orthopedic and neurological tests to analyze your body statics and nerve function.

Initial adjustment: Once we have a clear picture, we apply the first gentle impulse to activate your healing process.
- Shoe-free practice: We have comfortable slippers and thick socks ready for you in the waiting area. If you feel most comfortable in your own slippers, please feel free to bring them with you!
Checklist for your visit
To ensure that you feel comfortable with us right away and that we can focus fully on your health, please keep the following things in mind:
📧 Medical history form: Send in advance by email.
🧘 Clothing: Comfortable & relaxed (for analysis).
📄 Findings: Just bring your MRI/X-ray with you.
🧦 Socks: We are shoe-free (socks and slippers are provided).
4. Your treatment plan – Your second appointment
At the second appointment (approx. 20 min.), we will set out a roadmap for your vitality:

Result analysis: We will explain the findings from your first appointment to you in a way that is easy to understand.

Individual plan: You will learn exactly how we stabilize your nervous system in the long term, and we will answer any questions you may have.

Targeted adjustment: We continue the work from the first appointment and you receive your next adjustment.

Focus & calm: We value a relaxed atmosphere so that your body can process the impulses optimally.
Frequently asked questions about your treatment
How much time should I allow?
The initial consultation is the foundation of our work and comprises two appointments:

Appointment 1 (Analysis): approx. 30 min.

Appointment 2 (Discussion & Planning): approx. 20 min.
Follow-up appointments (adjustments) last approximately 15 minutes. We work precisely and efficiently on your nervous system so that you can quickly return to your everyday life.
How often and for how long will I be treated?
Our goal is not a short-term solution, but rather sustainable health and stabilityHealing is a process, not an event. How many appointments you need depends on the following factors:

the duration of the symptoms

the state of the nervous system

the body's responsiveness

and your personal health goals
Chiropractic care follows a step-by-step approach:
1. Initial phase – Relief and initial regulation
2. Stabilization phase – lasting change in the nervous system
3. Maintenance & prevention phase – regular check-ups
How much does the treatment cost?
Billing is based on the fee schedule for alternative practitioners (GebüH).
1. Self-payers (without supplementary/private insurance)
For patients without appropriate insurance, we offer fair fixed prices:

Initial consultation (2 appointments): one-time 120 €

Follow-up appointments: in each case 65 €
2. Privately insured persons & supplementary insurance for alternative practitioners
The invoice is based on the type and scope of treatment in accordance with the German Fee Schedule for Physicians (GebüH). You will receive a detailed invoice to submit to your insurance company:

Initial consultation with supplementary insurance (2 appointments): one-time 120 €

Follow-up appointments with supplementary insurance: in each case 69 €
- Initial consultation for private insurance (2 appointments): one-time 130 €

Follow-up appointments for private insurance: in each case 80 €
Important note regarding reimbursement: The amount covered depends on your individual insurance plan. Please check with your insurance company in advance to find out to what extent alternative practitioner services for chiropractic treatment are covered.
Does health insurance cover the costs?

Private health insurance and Supplementary insurance for alternative practitioners often reimburse the costs in full or in part.

Statutory health insurance funds are not usually covered chiropractic treatments.
We recommend checking the individual terms and conditions of your contract in advance and inquiring with your health insurance provider.
Are there any packages or discounts?
Yes. Since real change in the body requires consistency, we support patients who choose a fixed path:

The correction package (12 items): You pay €700 instead of €780. You save €80 and the important interim examination (re-scan) is already included.

family tariff: We are a family practice. For groups of 3 or more people (parents & children) who are regularly treated by us, we offer special rates, as the health of the next generation is particularly important to us (follow-up appointment €50).

Full-time students: upon presentation of valid certificate of enrollment we offer discounted rates (follow-up appointment €60, 12-session package for €600).
Note: Savings packages are purely self-pay services and cannot be billed to insurance companies.
We will discuss which package solution makes sense in person after the initial consultationbecause as treatment requirements vary from person to person.
